PickNow Refund and Returns Policy
At PickNow, we aim to provide you with a transparent and straightforward shopping experience. We primarily operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis across Pakistan. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options regarding returns and refunds.
Inspection and Acceptance at Delivery:
Your satisfaction is important to us. When your PickNow order arrives, we encourage you to inspect the product(s) in the presence of our delivery personnel before making the payment. This is your opportunity to ensure the item is as expected, matches your order, and is free from any visible damage or defects.
Our “No Refund After Purchase” Policy:
Once you have inspected the product, accepted it, and completed the payment to our delivery personnel, the sale is considered final. PickNow does not offer refunds or accept returns for any products once they have been purchased and payment has been made. We urge customers to be certain of their purchase decision at the point of delivery.
Rejection at Point of Delivery & Delivery Charges:
If, upon inspection at the time of delivery and before payment, you decide you do not wish to keep the product for any reason (e.g., change of mind, not what you expected despite it being the correct item), you have the option to refuse acceptance of the item.
However, please be aware that in such cases where the product is rejected by you at your doorstep for reasons other than a fault or incorrect item sent by PickNow, you will be required to pay the applicable delivery charges to our courier partner. This fee covers the logistical cost of bringing the order to you. If the item is rejected due to a mistake on PickNow’s part (e.g., wrong item sent, item is clearly damaged due to our fault before delivery), then no delivery charges will be applicable for that specific item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is visibly damaged, not functional as described, or significantly different from what you ordered, please highlight this to the delivery personnel immediately upon inspection and before making payment. In such genuine cases, you may refuse the item, and we will address the issue accordingly without you incurring delivery charges for that specific item.
